fuel tank help

Quick question is there any difference between the 91 k5 fuel tank vs a 81 k5 fuel tank. I'm getting prepared to do a ls swap. Or can I just get the sending unit assembly with fuel pump and drop in my tank.

The difference is baffles. You can use the later sending unit in the older tank, just don't run it low on fuel or you might starve the pump. Or you can use your current tank and sending unit, by running an external pump.
