Fuel/Brake Line Replacement

So I am replacing all the fuel and brake lines on my 81 c10. The problem I just ran across is that there is a line clamp UNDER the Motor mount , the bolt goes in from the top and without removing the motor mount there is no way to access the self tapper. My first thought is to see if I can drill it out from the bottom. But with suspension and everything else that is probably impossible....any thoughts?

I will try. but I only found the clamp by reaching under the motor mount and feeling the head of the bolt.
I am starting to think cutting the lines and eliminating that line clamp. I will work on a pic.

3 lines going under motor mount there is a line clamp under where the mount attaches

perhaps mine isnt stock or regular.. but i dont think it goes where you think the clamp holding normally goes

at this point I dunno what is normal.. 40 year old trucks have been worked on a lot by lots of people. I am just trying to not throw wrenches and hammers after getting pissed trying to replace fuel and brake lines..
