Front spindle

OK I have an 85K20 4 Wheel Dr. manual hubs and replacing the disc brakes. I have the spindle off which has bearings in it. Should I replace those bearings? And if I should do they come out just like all the other bearings do and does it have a race as well? Thank you.

Pocket bearings, I don't replace them if grease is in good shape, and they appear ok. Clean and roll new grease on.

Yes, they can be replaced. it's an assembly, race and bearings.
