Folding bench seat

quick question for y’all. I have a 86 c10 and the seat cover is torn and not looking too good so I bought a bench seat from a guy yesterday. He said it’s out of a suburban. It doesn’t fold forward and I was wondering if the brackets off my folding seat currently in the c10 would fit the suburban seat to make it fold forward.

I've never tried it yet, but other people have reportedly done the swap to a folding back.
