A friend had a '69 Caprice with them, they are rare because it's the only time I remember seeing them in person on a '69. That car had everything.

Interesting- I learned something today. I'll have to pay more attention next time I'm at a car show. Thought anything out on the hood/fenders were turn signal indicators only.
