I was just doing some distributor research online and got thinking about my electronic spark control. When I put a new engine in I reused my old esc sensor, but the it looked rough, and the wire going to the loom is the same. I really need to do something about it. Would I be better off removing the esc sensor and installing a distributor that doesn't require that setup or should I get a new sensor and rewire it to the loom? What would be the pro's and con's? What's the deal with all those wires coming out from the distributor going to the loom? They're on the opposite side of the batt. hook up. I know it has something to do withe esc but i don't understand how it all works. If you all need some pics let me know and I'll get some tomarrow after work.
