it runns to the air pump which is worthless

No, it has a purpose. It helps your Cat stay lit, and helps it light faster on cold start.

ya but the cat i have on the truck blew all the material out into my stock muffler now i have an empty cat with a 3" in and 3" out cherybomb to a
3 1/2" pipe from a stock duramax that now exits in front of the rear tire

ya runs fine and the wiring is right unless u go by what chilton says and every wire should be moved back one which wont work for this truck

What is your timing set at?

If you ever get rid of the AIR pump, I sure could use that diverter valve.

the last time i removed the pump i couldnt get the thing ispected without it failing put once i get enough money i plan on removing the pump and makeing sure it looks like it never had a pump since the emission station are strict about that stuff

ya but the one emission guy i talked to said if i put on different manifolds or headers and removed the air pump and all the lines and covered the vaccum plug on the tbi with a cap i would be good since my truck came to PA with dual cats as a California set up but all the tech said to remove that second cat so we did
