DUAL TANKS & DIGITAL GAUGES

I have an 86 K10 with dual tanks. I put in Digital Dakota gauges and I must be doing something wrong. I can't get the gauges to work properly. I may be wiring it wrong but I followed the wiring diagram I found online for these trucks. Dakota tells me that I have it set right at 0-90 ohms. Any suggestions?

Did it work fine to read the fuel level on both tanks with the original gauge cluster?

There is only one fuel sending wire in the cluster plug (usually tan), and all the switching of the sending unit input between tanks is at the dash switch (older trucks), or maybe at the 6 port fuel solenoid under the truck (I’m not positive about newer trucks).

Bottom line - you have a 0-90 ohm sending unit at each tank, and if they connected and worked correctly with the original cluster, they should work the same way with the digital cluster.
