Its a 74 crew cab camper special with dual tanks and the tank selector is cable driven with a push pull knob in the cab. Anyone seen these? Are they still produced if I ever need parts? First one I've seen and parts catalogs show the electric ones. Just curious more than anything

That's an old aftermarket switch valve, they just mounted it where the original electric switch was. How long is the cable? You might be able to use a choke cable.

If you go to an electric valve, use the motorized one, not the solenoid one. More money. More reliable.

OK thanks guys. Everything is working on it now I believe just the first one I've seen like this and know they can go bad so was just curious to see what I had going on with it. The truck I a 3 plus 3camper special so I figure it would be a factory dual tank truck. I'll have to look for the wiring connector down at the valve I don't remember seeing one.
