So KS won’t register a vehicle as a collector/ antique if it looks “modified?”
Sounds like something our great state would do, but thankfully hasn’t.

I can't register mine,period, until I come up with the right wheels.Overlapping laws regarding titles, antiques and what qualifies as antique.

I'm just amazed you gotta jump hoops to get it to antique status, I'm automatically qualified if it's 1990 or older in NC.
