Do I need different gears with 33” tires and 4” lift

I had 3.08 and 33s with a 350/4 sp. No issues with around town cruising. Highway it's a little high as you don't have the pickup in third if you step on the gas. 3.5 or 3.73 would be a lot better. 3.73 if you think you are ever going to tow something.

My 85 K20 manual has 44 swampers on it with stock gears.It is just a 3 speed now i guess ,dont go over 40 mph anyway.It is just a wax and make a beer run on Sunday truck.Had it since new and it never gets dirty anymore.Name on the side of the truck is Reverent Black. Sure love my truck it stays in the barn where as my new one stays outside.

This is what I got on mine. With 454 and 275/60/r15. I'm really happy with this setup. I think my next set of tires will be slightly taller than the current ones.
