Most everything I’ve been able to find online deals with the newer style spindle nuts with the flat washer that has all the holes in it. Never put one of these back together and was wondering the correct order to put the nuts/washers back on. I saw on a parts website that apparently I need two of the flat washers per side? Also the spindle nuts themselves are different, same diameter and threads but one has a little groove along the outside and I wasn’t sure if it mattered which one went on first. Any help is appreciated!

From the outer bearing outward, the keyed (toothed) washer, nut, “spider,” then second nut.

The spider should have the prebent tabs facing towards the differential, then one of the flat tabs bent over into the outer nut. Whatever lines up to a spanner groove.

I’m not sure if it matters, but I’d probably put the nut with groove on the outside.

It doesn't really matter but, IMO, it looks like someone has put a nut set off a (full floater) rear axle on your D60 (assuming you're working on a front axle). Just a different way to skin a cat. The only reason they wouldn't work is if there wasn't enough spindle threads for complete engagement of the outer nut.
