Just put a Dana 60 in the front of my 91 Suburban. The factory brake hoses that were already on the axle had a 90° metal end in the hose where it met the caliper. The stainless wrapped extended brake hoses I have on the burb already will bolt to them but don't have that metal 90° bend in them and would require a pretty sharp bend in the hose. I also have another set of crown hoses but they are even more stiff and compound the same problem. Researching for extended brake lines doesn't seem to turn up hoses with that 90° bend in it at the end or I'm bad at searching.

Is that what I'm supposed to do? Just bend the crap out of the hose and assume it'll be okay? Thanks

Does either set of hoses come apart? If the caliper banjo screws on to the main hose you could take it apart and a 90° elbow at that junction.

I just looked at my Blazer and my hoses are straight and it looks like having a 90° bend at the caliper would complicate things.

Nothing on either one of the hoses comes apart. This is my crown hose on the left and what I took off the Dana 60 when I got it originally on the right.

My 60. Personal choice but I use adapters and standard AN easy to source hoses on everything. Your Crown hose should work just fine. I agree with John, a 90 on the end would seem less desirable.

Alrighty I'm just going to go with it then. If I didn't already have brand new Crown hoses I would probably go with the AN setup. They're pretty nice. Thanks
