I have A 91 fullsize blazer 350 tbi 700r4 tranny np 241 case the speedo started acting up along with the brakes so I switched out the speed sensor from one of my spares and everything was fine for about 2 weeks then it happened again so bought a new one didn't fix it my mechanic that I only go to if im completely stumped said the truck has a d.r.a.c module that takes the signal from the speed sensor and distributes it thru the anti lock rear brakes the cruise control and ignition he said it could be bad I pulled it out which all it is a circuit board which didn't look burnt or damaged bad thing is they don't make new ones anymore My question is has anyone ever had a problem with these and was able to fix it?

Had one go bad on my 1991 S10. It also does not have anything to do with the RWABS. I'd be more inclined to say the ECM is at fault before the DRAC module.

In what way are the brakes acting up?

I'll have a look at the 1991 wiring diagrams later.

A couple of component connection diagrams that might help (at least to check for tight connections and a solid ground):
