Wanted to see if anyone here used a solid pinion spacer on a chunk rebuild. Wondering if its worth $15 or just rock the crush sleve.

Depends what you do with the truck. Heavy hauler go for the spacer. More time consuming to get set up but perfect pinion bearing preload forever.

Tire size? You could probably get away with crush sleeves on 35s, just remember to dry the pinion threads and use plenty of red loctite, then smack the pinion nut inner edge next to the pinion threads with a hammer/chisel to foul it, will help keep it from backing off.

I heard that, it's tough having the biggest truck around and everyone wants to see you play but no one else has a rig with the balls to rescue you if **** happens lol.
