crew cab rear window motor

I'm trying to get the rear window motor, window and all the guides out of my rear doors. I have know idea how to do it. Any help is apreciated.

Once the regulator is unbolted, should be able to move it around enough to get the window motor unbolted. As for glass, it should come out through the top after unbolting it from the rail.
