Correct interior re-dye colors?

I just used the same color because I liked it so much and figured once I got to my seats I would contrast there to match my vinyl accents in my door panels. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to do my seats.

I'm looking to re-dye some of my interior parts. The factory colors are getting painfully faded and are starting to look pretty nasty. I'd like to use SEM color coat, but have no friggen clue which color to use. Pics below of my interior (this was from before I bought it. Slight differences now but 99% the same). It should be tan with a few white-ish pieces. Any help with color identification would be much appreciated!
