Hello, I'm the car nut dad that talks his kid into buying a solid (but needing much attention ) 78 Chevy Scottsdale for his driver while away at collage. Mostly this truck is for my needs, a reason to spend time in the shop doing what I enjoy. In the end though, he'll end up with a nice reliable driver. Here's a few pictures from when we, I mean he bought it and some of the cosmetic work. I don't want to bore you all with the mechanical repairs. Thanks for checking it out.

Thanks! Yeah, all the trim is going back on. We're keeping it original, except for the stance, wheels and tires. I'll post more pictures as the project goes along
