I've heard the Caprice and C/10 have similar spindles. I'm not sure if the spindles are the same between the standard Caprice and the 9C1 police package Caprices though. The 9C1 had 12" and a 5 on 5" pattern like a truck.
There are companies out there that make lift spindles for Caprices for that Donk look. The link is for a 4.5" lift spindle. I'm just not sure if it works on a truck. The other option is for Airlift air bags that fit inside the front coils. I did this on an '80 C20 3+3 years ago. It gave me about 2" of lift in the front. I was able to fit a 33x12.50x16.5" tire in the front with very minor trimming. In the rear I added a 2" block to keep the rake.
