Who makes the best full length header 1 5/8 primary, 3 inch collector for a SBC 1979 Chevrolet C 10. Thanks

People will probably want to know what trans you have.

Flange thickness and primary tube gauge are also considerations.

There are several companies that make great headers that could fit the bill.

I got Hedman elites with 3/8” flange, 14ga primaries @ 1-5/8” diameter with “black maxx” ceramic coating. I think they are under $500 now.

I had to clearance stuff, but my k30 frame is different. I also had to modify the shift linkage on my TH400.
