Brother's 1 piece windows

I've been having issues with my windows rolling up all the way since installing new felt. No matter how I adjust them they will roll up, fast, until about 3/4 of the way then stop. I know about the relay mod to get more power to the motors but this isn't the issue - I can't even pull them up while using the switch that's how tight they are.

So I wanted to see if anybody has used or has info on the Brother's 1 Piece windows. Do they leak (wind or air), are they easy to install, reliable, etc....

Scott, I had the same issue with one of my builds.
I went back in, carefully adjusted the tracks, greased the rollers and tracks and used silicone spray lubricant in the felt tracks.
The windows work well now.
