If you applied enough torque to break that off when loosening it, chances are an easy out ain't gonna fix it.


Might as well just drill it out and pick the broke bolt pieces out.

Maybe getting a different manifold is a good idea....I know that plan works pretty good.

This is why I keep a 1/4" and 3/8" 4 fluted carbide ball mill in my tool box (2-3 of each, actually). In an adjustable speed drill (cordless works good), they will go through that so fast you have to watch yourself not going too far.

Figured this out many moons ago with broken dowels and bolts in die shoes.
