What about a some sort of custom center FLOOR console with 2 speakers pointing out on each side...gramps did that in his 56 chevy.

I’m tracking but may not be the idea for 4wd and bench seat.

I have the dreaded trip to the DMV to pay for all my sins (cars/toys). I may go sit in cab and meditate after. Maybe draw up some ideas.

Some where deep in my head I’m liking idea of tweeters on lower A-piller right at dash level and 6.5” flush mounted thin kick speakers with some kind of rigid sturdy grill. Maybe weld something into a ring.

I don't listen to the radio myself because I like to listen to my girlfriend drone on while enjoying the way my console holds my Big Gulp cup. It's pretty easy to hear her because I have the bench seat and she sits in the middle.

The only thing I can say about that is I appreciate the amount of work involved but why?

I ran across one a few years back that was very similar, but done to a square body. Tried to find that again, but no luck. All I could think of, is imagine all the splinters if you were in an accident .

Coming from a woodworker....that’s cool, but not for this guy. Looks like entire car is made of wood.

@Big Chip ....you don’t have to lie. LOL

I was trying to be positive and nice today but that is just dumb. I shouldn't criticize but seriously, why would you do that? I bet the guy has a wooden motorcycle too.

I would even accept the faux wood on the more modern junk.
