My OCD thought is to try without the rings....I have fresh paint on the rims.....if I put the rings on i might scuff the paint....

Ive always liked the rallies with the rings on. They don't look too bad without but it makes them look more dressy with. Maybe there not good for burnouts lol

The deeper rings "may" be the later style.... I've seen them on more trucks than the shallow style. The shallow style is what Dad used on the 78 GMC Sierra shop truck with the Chevy Sport wagon wheels, and I think he used those on the steelies on the 79 Burb. The deeper rings are what the set my friend Bernard has, has on it.

Huck,,,I too want it in the sun rolling down the road!!!!
I will probably do the rings at some point to see which looks better when its all shiny and in the sun. the last time the rings were on it was a few hundred pound lighter and you could see thru the floor in spots....

Went to the shop for other things had to take a new pic....rims do look a little average....but I think I will leave em off for now....see if it grows on me
