so my box was all beat up because it was a farm truck, so i did what anybody would do and instead of fixing the beat up box i just went and found a reliativly better one, well little to my surprise, that i didnt notice until i drove 4 hours with it back home is it has shaved tail lights. And it was done right, where the plate was welded over the slot. Now me personally i kind of hate the look, But im wondering is there anyone on GMSB that has shaved tail lights, And can post some pictures of what they do have, To give me some ideas of wheather i should put in the extra 2 hours of work and cut out the patches, or if i should just leave them and go with it.

No, the under tailgate lightbar. We call those a mexi light.

If your shaving the rear, go roll pan with lights, but if not, can you run just a mexi light?

Okay, thanks for the suggestion. I really don't want a roll pan, but I think it's going to be to much work to cut out the plates that are over top of the light holes.
