My plans keep changing, as of right now, I want to put an LS based 6.0 with a 4L80. I have been toying with the idea of a big block, but my wallet says no.

My wallet says no to me all the time unfortunately! I would like to go big block in mine some day too but that's pretty far down the road

Yeah but there's the other drivetrain mods that go with it in order to make it work with the increase HP being put out. For me, I'd have to get a different tranny and rear end. I'd also have to beef up the suspension and other sundries that cost $$$. With the LSx motors being so popular I'm sure the Big Blocks will continue to go down in price.
