That belt is too long and/or adjusted too loose.
Gotta be too long because it's tight. I had to go up a size to get it on.

It's not tight in that picture you posted though.
The belt is tight. When it's running it loosens up I guess because it is tight with out being too tight. Idk dude it's fcked. Lol

Let me rephrase that... it needs to be tightER. You need to take up more belt stretch when you are tensioning it, so it can't gather up that much loose belt while it's running.

Depends on how much force you are applying on the belt to get that movement. And also the length of the run. I'm not sure about the actual specs, it probably varies by belt manufacturer.
