Adding 1" zero rate add a leafs

I have 1986 Chevy 4x4 with 4" lift and need approximately 1" more lift, using the 1" zero rate add a lift blocks from ord, what kind of effect will it have on my steering and sway bar ? Is it ok not to have new steering arm and drop brackets for sway bar ? Just curious as to how it will affect it with front end, because i know when you move up to 6" kit it comes with new steering arm and sway bar drop brackets

Welcome to the forum. With 4" lift you should already have the steering corrected and sway bar brackets.

I should add a have gm Dana 60 up front and my steering geometry of my linkage to steering box is perfectly level, is that because maybe the bigger overall differential assembly is taller and makes up for the half ton setup ?

Are you sure you don’t already have a drop pitman arm?

What do you do with the truck and how do you drive it? What brand springs?

There's a 95% chance that you don't even need the sway bar.

Yeah, with those springs you definitely don't need a sway bar. You will never notice a difference with it gone.

I second buckets comment. With those stiff Springs you won't need to sway bar.

I had those zero rate on mine before the 2'' Tuff country lift and I couldn't tell and difference but I don't have a sway bar either . It didn't seem to raise it up any to me either .
