The plastic parts where my hot/cold control cable bolts up and the little piece that screws into the blend door are both broken on the 1988 Suburban. I haven't found a source for replacement yet. Any leads on replacement parts? LMC has the hot/cold cable listed in catalog as #30-1456 but it is not in stock. I've never been big on hunting 25 yr. old plastic in the bone yard but if that's what I have to do.....just wanted to throw it out there.

Thanks

I've seen lots of good ones in the junkyard, that's where I would look.

It's out of stock with them. Any idea on the gm# I've tried searching every description that I could think of.

Nope. Try calling a dealership? Or just get one from a junkyard.
