Ok let's test you a bit I have a 1987 chevy silverado tbi 350 I replaced lifters rocker arms and push rods sealed it all back up with seals and permatech and all of a sudden got a oil leak at the rear of the motor so I ran blue devil rear main deal repair through it and it didn't make a difference then I changed the oil pressure swith then reseal the intake and distributor and it still leaks then the other day it wouldn't start tried and tried jumping it off and noting I ended up burning my starter up I replaced it and my pvc valve and jumped it off again and charged the battery and ot finally cranked but the timing was high I was able to drive it down the road some and it ended up cutting off and I haven't been able to get it to turn over since it's getting fuel but not turning over and I have to have jumper cables on it to keep juice what could keep it from turning over

First go back over your work and look for loose connections or pinched wires. Next I would make sure your battery is good. Then you need to determine if your no start issue is from lack of fuel or lack of spark. Did you get the timing set right? you said it was off. How about the oil leak?
