87 V10 Exhaust

Can anyone recommend a good (and affordable) exhaust system for an 87 v10 suburban? I can only find 2.5" dual systems, and really don't want to go that route (mainly cuz everyone has dual exhaust). I want to run just a single 3" pipe out the back corner with a big tip, similar to the newer Silverado 2500s. My stock pipes are out of the question cuz they are rusting through. I have searched google many times, and cannot find anything but dual kits

I couldn't find a 3" single kit either I just took to my local exhaust/muffler shop and had them build it.

I've got a little over $300 all in and that's with 2 muffler changes.
