81 C-10 2wd. It has the original steering gear box. new tie rods, control arms, pitman arm etc. It has been aligned at a shop recently.
My problem is it has a sudden jerk in the steering but only when your making a gradual right turn. highway driving making a swooping right turn it will jerk slightly left then center jerk again. the steering wheel does not go left with the jerk.
Its weird hard to explain. I plan to replace the gear box with a new quick ratio one and upgrade the front end with QA1 suspension.
