I been collecting parts to restore the interior on my '85 K30, but I have yet to find replacements for Silverado/Sierra Classic door panels. Most of the door panels you see delete the cloth insert. I found that Coverlay Mfg makes the correct panel design to fit the cloth inserts. The panels include cloth similar to the 89-91 style. It is glued it place, but I will be removing it. The arm rests and weather stripping is included and already attached. They come with options for power/non-power/combo. I got these through Rock Auto for about $285 for the pair.

The dark gray color I purchased is very close in color to the charcoal visors I got from USA1. The 4th picture shows the OEM style charcoal cloth insert. I will be adding the Silverado trim without pull straps.

That's a nice selection of colors available. Are they painted/dyed or molded in color?

Not sure if it's dye or paint. The back side is black plastic. FYI they must paint them to order. I had a hand written date on the back with the color code and a date 3 days after I ordered them.

Out of curiosity why did you go that route rather than the ones from USA 1 industries?

I wanted the cloth inserts and Silverado style trim, but not the map pockets or pull straps. It will look similar to what I did on my '79, except those were Scottsdale door panels.

@Craig 85 I have those same door panels from Coverlay and I’m wanting to do the same thing you’ve done but I’d like to have the pull handles. My truck has the pull handle brackets. Anyways, how did these end up for you? Did you remove the velvet material then glued the new fabric and aluminum pc on? Also where did you order those pcs from? thanks

Sorry for the delayed response, but I just moved cross country. I have not tackled the door panels yet. It will probably be in the spring or summer. I have bought the tri pieces at LMC for my prior truck, but there are several sources out there.
