rought guess, NO.

buy headers that fit the truck.

I had small block g body headers and I seriously doubt they would fit a truck but never tried.

The only thing you can do is try and if they will not buy some from summit, they have big block truck headers fairly cheap.

I have seen headers for a 454 Chevelle on a Square body race pickup and they fit great.

They might fit between the frame rails but they most likely won't line up with the exhaust at all.

if it never had headers before it's not gonna line up with the exhaust anyways.

They don't make any headers that bolt up to the stock exhaust? That's lame.

shorties, they aint that much worthh it. If your manifolds are cracked or warped and you can get them cheap then yea they are, but in most cases no emissions stuff, like air tubes and such.

I got a set of stainless shorties on my gmt500 only because my exhaust was in great shape, if it was junk I'd run long tubes hands down.

Long tubes usually don't have any air tubes either, some have o2 sensor bungs however like my shorties.

Now though you can buy pre made header back kits that bolt up and work with headers, or maybe even a header y-pipe, not sure on it though.

I'm wanting to get a set of long tubes and the adapt one of those stainless exhaust kits to them. Aluminized pipes don't last very long around here with all the road salt.
