75 k10 distributor wire no power. Help plz

75 k10 distributor wire no power. I have cleaned all the fuse connections.and replaced.all the fuses twice. I have power everywhere except to the hei. Any suggestions before I mess.something up

Do the dash lights oil pressure/alternator come on when you turn the key to the on position. How did this problem start? You are checking for power there with the key in the run position right?
