6.7 common rail cummins 85 crew cab

Hey guys new to the forum and currently under way of a 6.7 crew cab. Have a complete pullout of a 2019 ram 2500. 6.7/68rfe and bw 44-47. Have a superduty axle for it with hogback fab mounts here are some pictures of the current progress. I have reworked the stock harness and can turn on the engine, accelerator pedal working and working obd2 connection. Have the stock axle removed and 6.7 sort of sitting in place still need to move the engine back a bit. Not my first swap also have a 72 K20 with a 12valve 4l80 combo but it is my first try at a commonrail swap.

Welcome from Northern Nevada. That's gonna be a rig right there! keep posting photos with the progress. I've got a 2012 Dodge Ram with the 6.7 and G-56 manual that I bought new. Lot of work done to it but what a great powerplant for a swap.

Well got some more progress going didnt take good pictures of the transmount or engine mounts but pushed the engine as far back as possible and started the process of installing the superduty 60 front axle.
I had to cut the transtunnel a small amount to get the dipstick to fit but not much. In the current spot i have the engine placed the turbo fits in stock location with the factory Ac box and all. So far have almost everything figured out just need to make time to finish it up HAPPY FRIDAY FOLKS

So its been a couple of months but the progress has not stopped core support and all body panels are back on. intercooler is mounted and radiator is in. used a fan clutch from a dodge truck with the v10 and a ford 7.3 fan to get it as close to the engine as possible. swapped fan hub to the early 6.7 style to get the right thread pitch and the harmonic balancer is from a 07.5 to get the slimmest one possible. also finished up wiring my headlight harness with all new plugs for the 91 suburban front end.
