454 AC Compressor Mounting

454 swapped in by previous owner

I'm having trouble finding the brackets to mount the A/C Compressor. I pulled parts from the junkyard thinking they would work but came to find out they were from a smaller engine. The brackets that were left on the engine are shown in the picture below. Any suggestions on where to get the piece that mates the body of the compressor to the brackets on the block?

those look like they are A-6 compressor brackets if that is the kind of compressor you are going to use the brackets can be found on e-bay .if you are going to use a R-4 compressor then you will be looking for a long time they only used the R-4 compressor on the driver side for 2 years then changed the brackets to serpentine belt .I hade to make my brackets for my 454 in my 86 c-10

Have you thought about this trick? It might work well given that you're already a bracket short:
