So as of right now I am building a 383 stroker and planning on running the TBI system! I have bought a 454 TBI that I plan on using. The only problem is the the piece that holds the injector pods into place is cracked. Someone installed a injector spacer and must have tighten it to much and cracked it! I have a 350 TBI also. Could I just take the injector pod off the 350 TBI and swap it onto the 454 TBI also switching everything inside over (spring and injectors)? Are the injector pods on a 350 TBI the same as a 454 TBI?

I've been reading on this. I think what you're wanting to do will work. I would just try it and see. The injectors flow differently, but the pods and the little stand are the same as far as I can tell.

I'll agree, there seem to be a lot of shared parts. The tbi castings look very much the same, though I haven't tried the swap from 454 to 350 myself. There are a few year to year differences I've noticed with some of the sensors though, but shouldn't really effect the breakage you found.
