350 or 454

OK so I'm supposed to be getting a RV with a 454 I have a 350 so my question is what should I do with the other moter I also acquired a large goose neck that the 350 what's to pull but struggles should I swap for the 454 or not all the truck will be used for soon is pulling

There's no replacement for displacement
if you are going to use it tow with go with the 454
I have done this swap a few times
just about everything the the same expert for the exhaust
is a little different

Absolutely! Last year I replaced the 250 six in my truck with a 355. It runs great, but if I had to do it over again, I'd find a big block to rebuild.

I say this after having spent a week really digging into my first big block -- a 454 in a 72 Chevelle. There's definitely a reason it's called a "rat motor". It's a lot like a small block "mouse motor", but on steroids!

I am going from a blown big block to a 305 in my car. Really miss the bbc, but it made economical sense. Bug block for towing if you can, or newer 6.0 will work too
