Hey,I have been trying to change the brakes on my '87 V20 13 inch drums. I've tried penetrant, heat, a 2 lb dead blow hammer, backed off the shoes, a 2 1/2 lb sledge and I can't get it to move.Any ideas?

Is it the non floating 8 lug corporate? I had one of those like describing. So stuck and just wanted to check brakes. Spent half the day and readjusted them and said they work good enough for a wheeler lol
Just keep backing off the star adjuster and also remove or loosten bleed screw and pry on it to push shoes in away from drum.

Bigger hammer, if they're that stuck they are most likely junk. Like said above, ridged up.

Last resort, torch it around the axle flange and cut the rest off.
