Stock fuel tanks were the same left and right for for all carbureted squarebody trucks (EFI trucks got a baffled tank). LMC truck, RockAuto and many other places sell them. I assume you have 16 gallon tanks on a step side, since there isn’t enough space for the 20 gallon tanks.

Sending units are different left to right, and may have 1, 2, or 3 ports. Your ‘85 truck probably has a 3 port sending unit, with fuel feed, fuel return, and vent line connections.

Vent lines connection to each other with a T, and then a single metal vent line runs up to the charcoal canister under the hood.
Fuel feed and fuel return lines for each tank connect to a 6 port switching solenoid under the truck, then a single feed and single return line runs from the solenoid to the engine compartment, and the solenoid is switched by a dash switch.

Welcome. Rock auto is where I ordered my tanks, together they cost a little less than $200 shipped at the time. Also check and see if your tank valve and selector switch work. If they don’t, now would be a good time to diagnose and repair them. The same goes for your fuel guage.
