The one on the driver's side appears to be for the Air Conditioner Compressor. It is hard to say in the second pic, you are too close in but my alternator is located about where I think you are showing us. My smog pump is below that.

Thanks,i forgot to mention that i removed the "lower" air pump mount beforehand,i wonder if its the upper mount for it?
