I have a 1984 Chevy K 10; I changed the steering column from a tilt steering to a straight steering column. The turn signal lever cogs wore out. The lever fits into the piece in question is inside the steer column.

Bru, we re happy to help but you are going to get skewered. Send pictures, what you have done, what’s working and what isn’t along with a better narrative and I am sure we can help.

Better introduce your self too or @Rico1966 will find you and probably kill your dog

Go to Barstool sports website. You can get an "anti human, pro dog" t shirt. I have 2 shirts and 1 golden.

It sounds like you need a new turn signal switch and maybe a new lever. No need to replace the column.
