I recently acquired the above mentioned truck and I could use some help from you guys that have an intact model. This poor truck has been butchered and pieced together so poorly. I needed a plow rig in a hurry and beggars cant be choosers so here I go.
Any way I'm hoping someone can send me a photo of a stock skid plate mount. Mine is lowered from the frame using long bolts and a washer stack. I'm guessing thats not how it came from the factory. The truck also has aftermarket springs so not sure if they're lifted springs and they were trying to keep things in line or what is going on. They're are Tuff Country TCI-2244 springs. I couldn't find any info about them online. Maybe someone here has some experience with these.
I already replaced the transmission mount (which was also a washer stack with a nut mixed in for extra credit on a bent bolt) and both motor mounts which were blown.
Thank you for any insight you guys might have for me.
