Does anyone know if a 1988-1994 C10 steering wheel bolt pattern is the same as a 1978 C10?

The steering wheels do not have a bolt pattern. They mount with a single nut over a splines shaft.The splined shaft diamensions to the best of my knowledge are the same late 60s through late 90s as far as horn ring,and turnsignal cancel cam I have no idea.

Perty sure it is. Same basic looking Steering column up to the 95? Models.
My 86 has a new style steering wheel. But I’ve not removed it or compared to OE

Far as I know, GM kept the same spline count and cancel cam location even on the newer columns used in the late 90's and early 00's.

I think the splines changed in '95 when they went to the airbag column but I could be wrong....

I looked into it at one point in time, I could have swore it stayed the same. The earlier air bag columns used in the cars definitely had the same spline count though.

No reason to go past 95 anyways, unless there was some fancy wheel, they were ugly anyways.
73-95 will accept the steering wheels. I think 67-72 as well. My 70 c10 has a 70's Camaro wheel in it.

They are the same at least mid-60s through 2000 gmt400 carry over models. That is how you properly dispose of 95+ driver side airbags. My 85 is getting a 92 steering wheel, my 99 K3500 is getting the 85 steering wheel.
