OK Mike @hoagster remind about the dash??
You'll have to go thru my rebuild thread posts 331-334 to see the dash pad progress. My dad had it redone originally, he sold upholstery supplies for a living and it was looking sad. So I had the upholstery shop that bought my parents business redo it for me. Came out awesome. and it's ready for install which will happen this week.

I have an original 1983 Black C10 I bought new. Has tan interior. Daily Driver 360 thousand miles on it.
Installed a stock 5.3 LS in it. Made new door handles with a piece of steel strap and Trowel handles golden oak stained and spar varnished. Makes a perfect arm rest too and no more broken door straps.

Just another strong vote for a black vehicle with tan innards. My War Wagon has a "saddle" interior, and features an exterior of Custom Coat black spray-on urethane bedliner. That's how I get the chicks.

@Steelbuddha and @75 short that's all well and fine about your rigs............but where's the PICTURES???
The only picture I'm willing to show is the one in my profile. The truck's interior would lead you to believe that the dog and I play the banjo and eat applesauce through a straw.
