I couldn't find locally, all very far away. Mechanic is my cousin, so I can't get rid of him.

I have a cousin too lol. I moved away from him lol.

Look on the left hand side, most of those are for C20s... possibly mislisted as c20s, but I sent in for quote on 4th one.

They are simply mislabeled, C20's don't have front axles :)

BTW several junkyards told us to look for 8 lug 4x4 GMs in the 76-87 range and were quoting dana 60s. I'm not doubting any of you, i can see via google that what you said seems correct. Maybe it's just a common misconception.

A Dana 60 front, for a Ford 78-79, or a Chevy 73-87 is nearly gold plated. A Dana 44 or 10 bolt, you can't hardly give away.

I've scrapped them four and five at a time before, but they are becoming a little more rare now.

Haha. Your in mass not to far from me actually. Wanna know something funny I scrapped a 10bolt last year. I have to agree that our trucks are getting harder to find in the northeast. I've noticed a huge decrease in trucks at the junkyard in the past three years they have been replace by gmt400 and quickly the nbs. I will keep an eye open for you.... Maybe it's time to change thought process and just have yours rebuilt

Will the ubolt plates for my dana 44 work on a corporate 10 bolt? Called all the listings on car-part and no luck. Missing pieces, or listing in accurate, etc.

Do I need actual bigger u bolts? My cousin said the ones from the dana 44 aren't wide enough to go around the corporate 10 bolt - we confirmed that is what it was.

No, the spring plate an Ubolt are the same part number, as are ball joints and some other part's. I would consider them interchangeable, basically the same part for all intents and purposes.

That said, i would buy new Ubolts.

This does not explain why the ubolts from the dana 44 are too small for this diff.... I am really getting frustrated with this truck!

I don't know why they would be, they really would be.

You need one 3 3/8 for the cast part by the pig and 3 3". For a Dana 44 or a 10 bolt.

The axle in your picture is a 10 bolt.
