78 Chevy K10 AC problem
I cleaned the contacts from the clutch to the firewall connector- found the low pressure control switch and cleaned that connection too and the old thing started working again and blowing cold air!-- Thanks for the help! -

Hi- Thanks for the reply- I checked and it appears to be an A6 type compressor, and no the clutch stays still when the MAX AC is selected. Do not have a multimeter Thanks -

My 78 Chevy K10 Pickup has the stock AC which typically works fine- Around this time last year, it abrubtly quit blowing cold air. I went to check it out a few days later and it has cured itself and worked fine... A few days ago, the AC again abruptly quit blowing cold air, but now it hasn't... -

78 Chevy PU- Wiring loom clip/fastener
Hi- Does anyone know where to find the OEM wiring loom fastener/connector like the one in the pic- These are in the engine compartment used to secure the wiring loom to the upper radiator support/shroud and other spots as well Thanks!- DSS

Did the diagnostics and naturally it is the washer/wiper pump assembly- not the switch Oh well- Appreciate the help- DSS

Actually the wipers work fine in both cases as they should in the various speeds- it is the washer function that has gone haywire- it either wont function when I press the knob, or it will stay on, and keep squirting at all wiper speeds until it either runs out of water in the reservoir or I...- DSS

My 78 Chevy K10 has the OEM intermittent wiper switch module- It has been working fine until recently where the washer function not will either: 1-Not work at all 2-Come on and stay on at every wiper speed setting (i.e int,slow,fast) Any one else out there have this happen? Is this...- DSS

AC Evaporator drain clogged
I'm pretty certain the AC evaporator drain is clogged on my 78 Chevy K10- When I use the AC for extended periods condensation (not coolant) begins to drip onto passenger floor. So not to sound stupid, but I can't find the actual drain to unclog it- Looked all over and under the evaporator case...
