    You can buy new greaseable bolts from off road design. To get the stuck bolts out cut the heads off and use the nut to pull the bolt out. When you run out of threads use washers or a spacer to pull them all the way out.

    I think gm used 17" or 19" rads for 73-80 and only 19" for 81-91.

    The lower the idle the lower the pressure. Fix the idle and maybe run a heavier oil.
