    Ok I removed the internal carb fuel filter and spring. And I noticed my choke was almost all the way shut so I clocked it all the way open. I have a noticeable power loss but I'm trying to get it to miss or hesitate like before and I can't seem too. It did a pull from 40-70 in 3rd no problem...
